Aaahh Freedom...

Well it's been a while since I've had the chance to post anything, and that being for two reasons.

Reason #1:
Rogers screwed me. After many over the phone arguments, complaints, and questionings, and being transferred from one person to the next, the all encompassing cable giant called Rogers was disconnected from my computer. The result...no internet connection for me. So after walking down the street to a friend's house (who's house key we just happen to possess....making it possible to sneak in there any time of the day) to bother them with the use of their computer since e-mail has become such a predominant form of communication in our daily lives that we need to check it everyday....you know, just in case someone happen to e-mail you, more likely than not having to find that your inbox is empty or full of some forwards that you don't want to read and end up deleting anyways. (wow sorry about the completely run on sentences there...my teacher editing qualities are beginning to come in place), I'm finally going to have the opportunity to get myself connected again. With who you ask? Why, Rogers of course. Yes I should probably hold some sort of ban on the or feel some sort of contempt against them. But why, I ask you, should I go through all the trouble of trying to find a new company with new pricings when my lazy self already knows what Rogers offers.....who knows, maybe I just like having someone there to blame for everything!

Reason #2:
After trying to reinstate myself financially and finish paying off for this 10 week long trip of economic consumption, I tried to hold down two jobs while going to school full time. Little word of advice for those entering or planning to enter teacher's college....working and school don't mix very well. If you need/want to work though...stick to ONE part time job. Don't opt for the idiot route and try to work 7 days a week while in school for 5! Sooo after some consideration and debate (and my mother lecturing me about not having time to actually study or sleep...i'm not saying that i'll do more of either of these things with more spare time, but at least the option is there), I decided to quit one of my jobs. So as of yesterday I am definitely and actually working PART TIME. Yes, that means only one job, only 3 days a week....weekends included...but I just keep reminding myself that that will only be for one more year!! So I now actually have time for a social life! = )
